Palm Bay is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Palm Bay follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stopped in for the first time and was seated. Waiting a bit for someone to take my order. Server seemed less than enthusiastic to be there for unknown reason. Ordered Eggs Benedict with home fries. Food was brought out and the English muffin was already soggy vut poached eggs were properly cooked. The ham had way too much grizzle. Home fries were ok but seemed deep fried, not pan or skillet fried. Never was asked how the food was but did get a coffee refill. Server dropped the check and was happy to leave.

i don’t know what happened but i ordered from this establishment earlier on Uber Eats and it was actually the worst breakfast i have almost ever had. worse than ihop. everything came absurdly cold which is acceptable because i ordered it to be delivered but the quality of the food was just disgusting. couldn’t taste any flavor, genuinely convinced even salt wasn’t used. my partners breakfast was gross and unseasoned, my grits were extremely dry which confused me, along with it being extremely bland, not even butter in them. biscuits and gravy were okay, they weren’t the worst thing ever, definitely edible. the only thing i can recommend in good faith from my order is their house β€œflavored iced coffee”. in my opinion that was for sure a good cup of coffee with a good balance of sweetness. wouldn’t ever order from here again, i promise you can make something better at home. very disappointing for paying damn near $30-$40 for cold, bland, and sad food

A great place for breakfast! This restaurant was originally an IHOP 5 years ago. The typical blue peaked roof was shaved down to change the appearance. The interior does need a face-lift, but honestly that's my only downside. It's clean and the food and service are very good. The prices are good too. On a busy Sunday when we were there the wait was only 10 minutes! We will make this our "go to" for this area.

We were extremely hesitant on whether or not we wanted to try this place based on the reviews. But boy oh boy are we glad we did! We were greeted promptly by a friendly hostess and our name was put on the wait list. It was after church so we knew we were going to face having to wait...no biggie. 10 minutes went by and our name was called. Keep in mind this place was super busy. All of the servers were moving quickly and no one was just standing around doing nothing. We were seated with menus and within a few minutes our server was at our table taking our drink order. She came with a smile and a super great personality - Reese (I believe was her name). She came back with our drink order and we still needed a few minutes to decide so she left long enough for us to decide but not long enough to forget about us. They were out of the stuffed French toast - which totally bummed my Hubby out but she quickly recommended French toast with a personalized touch to his liking. The order came out perfect and everything was fresh and hot. The French toast was excellent. The burger that my son had was super tasty and super filling. I had the biscuits and gravy. I am SUPER picky when it comes
